How do I request an invoice to pay for my registration fee?

If I am already planning to attend the CREOG School, do I need to register separately for the Education Retreat?
Yes. The CREOG School and the Education Retreat are two separate events. You must register and pay for each event separately if you plan to attend both.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by June 22, 2026.
- A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- No refunds will be issued after this date.
How do I book a room at the ACOG group rate?
The link to book your hotel room at the ACOG group rate is included in your registration confirmation email. The deadline to book a room at the group rate is June 22.
Please note that the room block is not guaranteed and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly recommend registering and booking your room as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a refund of your registration fee if the room block is full. Please refer to the cancellation policy above for additional details.
Can I register onsite?
Yes. Onsite registration is available; however, onsite fees are slightly increased. A registrar will be available for anyone who wishes to register in person (see fee information above).
