ECO Hands-On Course: The price is $125 for the institution-based course and $400 for the course hosted before ACOG's Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting (ACSM). Learn more and register.

Participants may claim up to 6 CME credits upon completion of both the online and in-person components of the course.

Course materials for enrolled participants will be available on ACOG's online learning website. Participants will use the same credentials they use to log into acog.org to access the online course content.
If you don't have an ACOG account, you can create one. You don't need to be an ACOG member to create an account.

If you can't locate your invitation email, ask your institution's team manager to invite you again. The institution team manager will need to go to the “users” tab in the team profile and select “resend invite” next to the name of the participant to send the invite again.

Participants cannot complete the same online ECO course twice. To complete the course again, you must select the current year course under the “content” tab and complete that. For example, in 2024, the course will say “2024 Emergencies in Clinical Obstetrics (ECO).”

No, we do not house a list of local courses as many are hosted at specific institutions. However, you may register for a course during the ACOG Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting.

To become an ECO certified instructor, you must first take and pass the ECO Hands-On Course as a student and then take the ECO Train the Trainers Course.
