This webinar, hosted by ACOG District IX’s Public Health Committee and Committee for Healthcare for Underserved and Gender Diverse Individuals, aims to equip health care professionals with the tools to offer respectful, inclusive care for transgender and gender-diverse individuals during labor and delivery.

Expert speakers, including two physicians with experience in trans-affirmative care and a trans man who has given birth in a hospital setting, will provide practical insights into optimizing the birthing experience for this population. Topics include gender-affirming language, inclusive ultrasound techniques, and chestfeeding education.
