Overview
We are thrilled to welcome you to the 2026 Districts VIII & IX Annual District Meeting, taking place September 18–20, 2026, at the beautiful Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, California. After many memorable years in Hawai‘i, we are especially excited to bring the meeting back to the mainland—making it more accessible than ever and creating the perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues old and new.
Set against a stunning Southern California coastal backdrop, this year’s meeting offers an ideal setting to recharge, reengage, and rediscover the value of coming together in person. Whether you’ve joined us in the past or haven’t been able to attend in recent years, we warmly invite you back—and encourage you to spread the word to colleagues who may now find it easier to participate. We look forward to welcoming back familiar faces and introducing new ones to the District VIII & IX community.
Under the theme “Leading the Way: Evidence-Based Skills and Resilience in a Rapidly Evolving Ob-Gyn Landscape,” this year’s program is designed to equip attendees with the tools, insights, and adaptability needed to thrive in today’s evolving clinical environment.
The meeting will feature a robust educational program, expert-led sessions, and meaningful opportunities for networking and collaboration. Attendees can expect a dynamic agenda focused on advancing clinical excellence, strengthening leadership skills, and fostering resilience. This is a can’t-miss opportunity to learn, connect, and lead—together!
